pain

Joanna Fong, MD can you help me or any one.i work in a wearhouse and they send me to pick cases in the freezer its below 30 when i got don that day the next day and untill now i started to get pain in both of my wrist and shoulders but my left side is worst than my right it runs down from my neck all the way to my fingers some times my whole left side gets numb or my hands lock on me or i get a pain in the midel of my palm and im always having muscel spasams and i also have bumps on my wrist a littel downwards from the wrist and i also dont have the same strenght on my left side like i had before
