parasthesias question

I have been experiencing parasthesias for about a year now all over my body. It has gotten much worse this past month, where it is intolerable. It is worse at night and if I lie on a certain side it is worse on that side. I went to a doctor and he didn't have any clue what it is and specifically said that he didn't think it was MS because with MS the parasthesias stays in one specific area for at least a month. Is this true? Could it be MS? Also, I had these same symptons years ago (it wasn't anywhere near as bad though) and my doctor at the time said it could be a pinched nerve. It eventually went away, so I didn't think much about it until it started again. I really feel like the doctor I just went to was very dismissive and he even said that we may not ever be able to figure it out. I don't think he realized how bad it is right now. He did some blood tests and I am still waiting on the results.

I agree that there are many things this could be. I just found it weird that the doctor completely ruled out MS because he said the paresthesia would be in one specific spot for over a month. I was just wondering if he is correct.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
hello Sha3130,
i also wouldn't think of MS so soon, because just having paresthesia doesn't points towards MS.
If you are having a part of other symptoms like - fatigue,Sexual dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, diplopia, blurring vision, limb weakness, spasticity, etc (not all but atleast a few),
then we can still think of MS.

So i would like you to tell me, if you got any other features , as described above.
Also tell me about your blood report, your age and profession.

Regards
abhijeet
