persistent headache, muscle twitching, burning sensation

I have dull mild headache for about two months now
(the headache has always been at the back, worse while standing still, i get relief when i lie down)
and then later on accompanied by random muscle twitching, burning sensation in legs (not painful) and face numbness
sometimes my right ear buzzing specially at night when i lie down. I don't feel any weakness in any particular part of my body,
but the feeling of being fatigue most of the time and occasional dizziness.
My neurologist ordered a cervical xray, lumbosacral apl xray and e.e.g.
Normal study of the lumbosacral vertebrae, normal e.e.g. My cervical xray cameback with an impression of degenerative spondylosis
(Minimal anterior height of c5 vertebral body with sclerotic changes and minimal osteophytosis, the disc height spaces and neural foramina are intact).
My doctor was convinced that this is causing all of my symptoms, but he also said
it is too early or am too young to have this since it's only common for people above 40 yrs. old,
he prescribed medicines for three weeks. If these tablets won't stabilize the pain and twitches,
then we should consider a cervical/brain m.r.i?
I have experienced the same type of headache 2 yrs. ago that also lasts a few months,
without the other symptoms, my neurologist at that time believe that it was just a vascular headache,
not necessary for me to go through any xray or m.r.i. I don't think it's the same case now.
I also have a very sensitive throat, nose(rhinitis/mucus) took plenty of antibiotics before,
and GastroEsophageal Reflux Disorder which is getting better now, I've been taking omeprazole/PPI for 2 months already.
I'm worried about having MS, Tumor, cervical surgery, and how serious my spondylosis?
I work 8 hours in front of a computer,  I can no longer concentrate, I'm losing my job due to my condition. I'm only 23 yrs old.
Does my symptoms really depict degenerative spondylosis?
What other tests should i consider?
What should i do next? Pls. Help.. Godbless 2 all..

You have been generous of your time and knowledge to some of us seeking for answers/suggestions despite of your condition (i have read some of your posts), you're strong on the inside. Thank you very much.

I'll ask my Dr. to schedule me an MRI, We do have a private hospital here in Baguio but(I'm from Philippines) they don't have MRI machine yet. So we need to go (6hour drive) to Manila. I hope this would all turn out to be a minor medical condition. Whatever the result, i will stay positive. Thanks again!

This has to be quick as I'm having trouble focusing my eyes.  Spondylosis is an X-ray term for osteoarthritis - bony growths and degenderation of the joints.  From your report it is mild, and I doubt the cause of your problems.  It certainly is possible that your headaches are from muscular-skeletal origin, such as muscle spasm. this is common with sitting in front of a screen 8 or more hours a day. Or, with your history of similar headaches, you may have migraine, though your story is not at all classic.

Your questions about further imaging.  My opinion is this.  Any new and unrelenting headaches deserves an MRI.  Period. The changes in your neck are unusual (not impossible) at your age and deserve an imaging study as well.  A tumor is unlikely, but I never saw that as a reason to avoid being sure.

Your life is being affected by your worry and by the discomfort.  I would request the studies (MRI of brain and cervical spine, with and without contrast).  If your Dr. refuses seek a second opinion.
