pressure in ears and head

I have pulsating pain in my head mostly in top. I have neck stiffness and tingling when I turn my head, and hurts in my shoulders as well. I also have pulsating pressure in my ear. Its constant does not go away.  It feels like someone is covering my ears or there is air in my ears.  Its a wierd feeling that I can't hardly describe.ear feels like sometimes like your really high in the air and need your ears to pop but there is that pressure and air pulsating  I have soreness behind my eyes.  Pulsating pain in my head, sometimes feels like my heartbeat is in my head.  Sometimes foggy vision.  If you can help me I would appreciate it.  Thanks alot.

i have experienced all the same symptoms as you for the past 5 months and have been told it "might" be TMJ (jaw joint disorder). Are you clenching at night? Talk to your dentist about getting a slpint to wear at night. Also, I was told my neck was misaligned and have been going through physical therapy. It hasn't really helped though.

yes I my blood pressure is fine.  I don't have sinus I took meds for that.  I really can't get no relief.  Even when I get my head to quit hurting, I still have that in my ears and my neck still is stiff.

Hi, How old are you? have you got your blood pressure checked, are there any aggravating factors or how do you get relief.Do you suffer from sinus allergy. Consult your neurophysician and ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hello.

Can you mention since when you are having the problems ?

You may think of migraine as a cause behind these symptoms. If all this is not associated with fever or any other infection in the body, a possibility of migraine is strong.

Do you get redness and watering from eyes ? And are these symptoms associated with nausea or vomiting ?

Regards
