question about lights & tracers

Hello.  I don't know if I'm posting in the right forum, but I don't know who else i should ask.  I'm a 25 yr old female, and since I was about 16 I've been seeing a lot of white light.  The light moves everywhere like streaks of lightning with minds of their own.. and sometimes they are shapes and follow objects.  Sometimes it's like watching the world through a snowy television.  I also see the outline of objects when they move, such as my hand.  I had my eyes checked by a doctor twice, and he said everything was normal.  I've even tried anti-psychotics, but it does absolutely nothing.  Sometimes the lights and tracers are more noticeable some weeks than others.. sometimes I don't see them at all.  Just curious if you have any information about it.. i can usually get ideas from googling, but no results match what I have.

I have ct scan scheduled tomorrow, and a neurologist appt for the day after.  We'll see what happens.
