Hi.

Vestibular exercises are fairly effective for specific vestibular conditions and there are 5 main indications for this type of rehabilitation therapy.

- Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo
- as general interventions for unilateral and bilateral vestibular loss
- those with fluctuating vestibular problems such as Meniere's syndrome or perilymphatic fistula
- as empirical treatment when diagnosis is unclear
- as psychogenic vertigo for desensitization

If there is no vestibular disorder, there would likely be no benefit. This could be seen in hypotension, some drug reactions, migraine associated vertigo, transient ischemic attack.

Hope this answers your query.
