right pinky finger tremors with movement

Hello, I am a 26 year old male that has a right pinky finger which tremors with movement. When I lay my palm face down on my desk and keep the rest of my fingers still, my pinky will tremor as I lift my pinky finger straight off the desk and try to hold it suspended in the air. This tremor is absent from my left pinky finger or at least far less noticeable. The only other tremor I notice is in the same hand when I rotate my hand far to the right and my hand slightly tremors. My tremors are brought on by movement. I do not notice any other accompanying symptoms besides these tremors. Does anyone know what this could be?
