sensation of shaking

I was just diagnosed with lyme disease had a positive western blot. Have been very ill with many different symtoms for two years I just got the western blot back

Attention span problems
       Concentration difficulties
      (difficulty with mathematical calculations)
       Sequential memory disturbance
       Spatial disorientation
       Spoken words which are incorrect or inaccurate in sense
       Sleep disturbance
       Headaches (often behind eyes, and pressure-like)
       Visual disturbance seems like I cant focus well
       Sensory Disturbances (Paresesthesias [tingling], Dysesthesias [numbness] of face and
      extremities)
      Disequilibrium
      Lightheadedness
      Dysarthria (difficulty pronouncing words intelligibly)
      (ringing in the ears) or crackling
      sensitivities to bright tight
      Allergies
    Night sweats
     Low grade fevers
    Palpitations they are considering a heart cathedor
    Weight change ( weight loss)
     muscle and joint aches, pains
     low body temperatures, especially in the A.M,
     decreased libido or none
   chest pain
   inflammation of the thyroid gland
     Hair texture changes and loss
     Alcohol intolerance
   Candida infections
    Hearing disorders other than tinnitus
      Crackling/popping/buzzing
      bruising Bruising
     Worsening of symptoms premenstrually
     Stiffness and spasms throughout entire body head, nech, limbs, stomach.
    Frequent urination  
    tremors somtimes visiable sometimes not.
i get the tremors all the and they are my most symtom its more like a sensation though. My main question is could there be nerve damage that is causing the tremors and how could I get that checked. I did also get a shot of steroids before they knew I had lyme and thats when all the neuological problems seemed to start and really kick off all my symtoms

Even though my thyroid is enlarged all bloodwork shows my thyroid is good.

Hi,

How are you?
You have mentioned inflammation of the thyroid gland. Thyroid hormone dysfunction can cause tremors.
Please consult an endocrinologist as this seems to be the most likely cause in your case.
