severe persistantheadache w/ delirium/confution,

hi i have had a severe headache w/ what i calledconfution(the doctor calls delirium, the headache starts as a pressure and sometimes more severe stabing sharpe pains,and goes into the back of my neck.i went to the dr. and he said that it was just a pulled mucele. he put me on flexarill and naproxen. when the presure did not go away i went back and he wants me to do a headache log he said that the pressure was a headache. whae i told him that it gets to the point that i can't thinkand just want ppl to let me alone because it makes it hurt worse he said that it was not that i can't think it was that i did not want to deal with it. i have two small children one 3 months old and one is 2 years old. at times i can hardly take care of them. i am at a stand still and i dont know what to do next. peeze help if yo can the dr i saw wont do any tests and he sent me to p.t. also at the last appt. i wnt to get my deprestion meds straitened out and i explained to him that one mnute i was fine and the next i was well perty much in a rage and all he did was take me off of all depression meds and insisted on counseling only alse with the pressue/severe headaches i have ringig in my left ear.and decreased hearing as well. sometimes i cant think and this has been going on for the last 2 moths or so. they are still acurring . what do i do now i dont what to go back to the same dr because it does not seem to do any good even though now it is hard for me to stay awake during the day  and when i do sleep it is very hard to wake me up there are alsotimes that i don know if i fall asleep or if i am passing out sorry this is so long but i wanted to cover everything, i am starting to get frustrated becouse i am running into dead ends any sugestions plz.
