shaking of the brain all the time

last year i moved house which was stressful i have noticed  something beating(eg heart beat) in my head/brain. did go to doctors said i needed diazipam which helped within 2-3days.
then i noticed my brains felt like its shaking all the time 24 hours only time i cant feel it is when im a sleep. ive been to the doctors but one said brains dont shake other said anxiety and depression.
i feel it could be anxiety but its really bad and i need to know how i can get rid of it. is ruining my family/social life. im 32 years old and need help. i want to go out and do things but this holds me back
