sharp pains and fullness in my head.

I began having sharp stabbing pains when I was swimming under water or straining. I also have a fullness / high pressure feeling in my head. These both have increased in duration intensity and occurance in the past few months. I have even awoke from sleep because of the pain. The stabbing pains last maybe 30 sec to min. This happens all day everyday. I need relief. I have had an MRI about a year ago with normal results. I do have high blood pressure and am controlling it with medication. I can’t take it anymore. Any ideas?? Thank you
