Hello everybody. I'm a mother of three children after two months of my delivery my body started twitches and It stopped after another. Now my baby is one year and still I have twitches in my body especially my legs and at night my hands have numbness. Iam really afraid. Who had experienced this?

I have read a lot of posts from mother's that have gone thru what you are describing. It could and most likely be benign Faciculation syndrome. Have you been to a neuromuscular specialist? If not you should make an appt and get evaluated just so you can relax. I had a lot of twitching and still have it. It's been 5 years for me but they are not as bad as they were. Also can be from a overactive nervous system, try magnesium, vitamin b12, vitamin c and D.
