Thank you for your question. Although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

Burning sensation, numbness or tingling sensation in any part of body is considered nerve related in origin. This burning sensation you are having can occur due to impingement, irritation or compression of nerve in spine. Please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away. Further referral to a physiotherapist for spinal exercises could be beneficial and may produce relief of symptoms. Hope this helps. Take Care & Stay Healthy!!!

After a set time on disability, you are entitled to medicaire. If you have no insurance at all in the interim, you can apply for emergency medicaid - so at least you would have something.

You already have nerve damage in the spine so having issues with your legs does not seem to be a stretch, it may be a further degeneration of what you have. Nerves make you numb or rather lack or. Have you made sure that you have plenty of B vitamins (that helps the nerves) and looked into perhaps some other treatments such as acupuncture for relief?
