Hello.

Can you mention your age? And do you have diabetes and hypertension?

Your symptoms could be due to blood pressure fluctuation or inner ear problem. The inner ear has an apparatus which is responsible for the balance. If there is some dysfunction of the apparatus, you can get dizzy and feel nauseating.

An ENT surgeon can help you identify any problem with the inner ear.
