temporal bone fracture - loss of smell
Two weeks ago as of Tuesday, I fell at work and fractured the mastoid portion of my temporal bone. I have not been able to smell since then. Is this normal? Is there ever a chance I'll regain my sense of smell or should I just write it off indefinitely?
(I've also lost hearing in my left ear entirely, and the ENT says that I may or may not get that back)
