Does the tenderness and burning of the scalp come on quite quickly? Or is there a gradual affect? It started out as a small spot on  the corner of my forehead in the morning and by the evening it covered the whole right side of my scalp above my ear.
Thank you,

Hi,

How are you?
Main causes of scalp tenderness and burning are neuropathy like diabetes, MS, stress, anxiety, sun burn, chemical burn, allergies to shampoo or conditioners, vitamin B12 deficiency and migraine.
Please discuss these possibilities with him and let us know if you need more information.
Take care!
