tingling in hand due to fronzen shoulder

Hi Dr.
I am a 47 y/o female, mostly healthy for the most part.   I’ve been dealing with a right frozen shoulder for a while, have since received 2 curt. injections to help out with pain & inflammation.  Due to the shoulder, my neck muscles have lately been getting sore along with the shoulder muscles as well.  The hand tingling sensation is at its worst it’s ever been, & wasn’t having the tingling sensation before at all, but it getting to be a nuisance for the most part.   I am not due to see my ortho for 3 months & will mention it when I see him then. But in the mean time, will taking the typical OTC meds give any relief to the hand tingling. I have notice more weakness in the hand too.  
I guess the ? is, will taking the OTC meds give any relief to the “new” problem?
