tingling on face

i had on really bad migraine about 1 month ago went to er after 4 days with the migraine and had bloods head ct all fine but while i was having the migraine the right side of my face felt numb as did my right hand my legs were ok
the only thing is i still have the funny felling in my face and in my right hand mainly my small finger and the the one next to it going up to my elbow --my face is tingling near my cheekbone and down towards my jaw
i was just wondering if this is related to the migraine as this was a couple of weeks ago and should i try and get more testing

my daughter had same symptoms,its important you drink plenty of water also a good diet .sometimes headaches tend to linger on so may the symptoms.dehydration can cause these symptoms,lack of sleep and allergies eg   msg
