Hi,
The symptoms could be due to a TMJ problem as well as an associated nerve compression in the neck. Please go for MRI of the TMJ and spine and consult an oral surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Treatment may consist of alignment of teeth, muscle relaxant medication, warm compresses and use of TMJ appliances. A dental or oral surgeon will be able to help you with the TMJ problem. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
