Non-Diabetic nerve pain? Tests show no good reason and it's not going away.

Blood test shows no significant problems. RBC minimally higher than normal, LDL slightly high (hence total Chol), but all other lipids normal. B12, Mg and thyroid normal. The pain started in left foot toes, now some pain and burning/tingling that moves all over my feet, even the right foot which was ok. I dont get it! What's the reason for my nerve damage, while even my blood sugar is normal?
