Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms seem to suggest that they are due to pulsatile tinnitus or pulsations in the ear. These could be pulsations arising from the neighboring arteries and veins which are being transmitted to the ear due to the narrowing of the arteries.
Other causes can be diseases of the inner ear like Meniere’s disease or otosclerosis. If the problem persists please get yourself evaluated by an ENT specialist. Take care!
