under development of child brain by birth

Sir, I Have a 9 yrs old daughter, who is suffering by under devlopment of brain by birth, during treatment doctor say that her brain's 25% cell has been damaged due to unsufficent oxygen after at the birth time. So, she have a problem to speak and understanding the things till now, please suggest us the right treatment that we provide her, and give the information about facilty available specially in India, because i am an Indian native.

Thank you very much for your valuable advice. I living at Hoshiarpur (Punjab) in India. I have already consult with Sobti neuro centre, Ludhiana and Arora neuro centre also at ludhiana and Uppal Hospital Amritsar, but there was no improvement in case, if you anyone else than guide me. Thanks again.

Thanks for writing in.
Brain damage can occur due to hypoxia at the time of birth. It is very difficult to reverse the damage. The recovery depends upon the extent and location of damage. Occupational therapy and speech therapy will help.
I would suggest you to get in touch with a good neurologist in your area. If you can tell me which part of the country you are currently located I may be able to guide you to a good treatment center.
