I WANT TO KNOW IF MY MOTHER WHO SUFFERING FROM VERTIGO  HAS TO BE SHOWN TO NEUROLOGIST. SHE TAKES STUGERONE BUT SHE DOES NOT HAVE COMPLETE RELIEF

Hello.

Vertigo is a symptom. The cause could be in the vestibular system of the inner ear or the in the brain. There can be inner ear infection also.

The best person to diagnose and treat vertigo is a Neurologist.

How long has she been suffering ? Is any cause identified ?
