weening off Amantadine

After a rough couple of days of hallucinations, dizziness and being sick to my tummy, after only taking amantadine for a month, I've decided to go off it. I was taking 100mg twice a day. For the last 2 days, I've only taken the morning pill. This morning I've taken nothing. Am I in for a rough weekend if I don't take it any more? My doctor (an MS specialist) is out of town until Monday so I am unable to reach him to ask.
