weird neck pain

Hello, I am a 28 years old male. 2 months ago i went hiking in arkansas. a week later i got red bump all over my legs. after 2-3 weeks, the bites didn't recede much so i went to see a nurse at my graduate school. she thought it was some chiggers bites and that im allergic to it. she then started me on a 6 pack medrol. Bad choice. at the time i don't know much about how bad steroid can be to your body. so i took it and the next day i start have muscle weakness with my hands. then on the 3rd day, i just sat down in from of my computer and lay my chin on my hand. i felt a weird chill from the neck going up to the top of my head. from that time i started having neck pain and some headache which make me feel dizzy, sleepy and loss of appetite. my fingers were tingling too. my feet got easily numb when i sit on the floor.
I can say i was pretty much healthy with lean body. i never got major disease except common cold and flu. I do work alot in front of computers for school and work. I am still blaming the nurse and myself for taking medrol. After a month i feel a little bit better but the neck pain still linger around. Tha pain is not general, sometimes on the side, sometimes upper or lower neck and the headache mostly are concentrated in back of my head. The headache is not that bad, but tingling and numbness on the top of my head make me feel very dizzy. now i do feel a little bit of numbness in my face too.
Can somebody gives me some good advice?
