what does this mean

I got in a car accident where someone hit me  her insurance and mine will pay for treatment.  I'm not sure if this is from the accident or from prior to the accident a month and a half ago. I want to know if this is okay for a 19 year old and also how to treat it all?  I recieved MRI results on my cervical spine(neck), lumbar spine(low back), and thoracic spine(mid back).  I have disc buldge c4-5 and c5-6 in my neck.  I have loss of normal lordotic curvature causing strain, disc buldge at L4-5 and L5-S1, and Tarlov cyst at level S2 on the lower back.  I have disc herniation of level T6-7 abuting the spinal cord, and disc buldge level T9-10 and T10-11 in my mid back. please help!

I'd ask your doctor what they think could be a result of the accident--and then get a second opinion, too.

hello nessababy,

Nothing needs to be done for the tarlow cyst presently.
The disc problem at various levels also doesn't need any significant treatment.
However since there is loss of normal curvature, you need some relaxation, muscle stress reliever medications and physiotherapy.

All these MRI findings doesn't ppear to be due to the accident.

take care,
abhijeet
