whats happening with me? help

Hello.

Im having alot of issues with my body. Tingling on my scalp, fingers and feet. My limbs fall asleep very easy. Sometimes it feels like it is raining on my skin..but when i look its nothing There.

Have hadde trouble walking at times..on and off.. dragging my right foot atm..like drop foot i think.

My hands are heavy Too lift over shoulders.

Got alot of brainfog.

slurred speech..cant roll my tongue *** i used Too on my right side.

Alot of stiffness in body.

Vision is sparky.

Got migrains with aura.

I got this weird feeling in my right side of face.. and the weirdest ting i really dont understand, when i touch my    right ear - tip, it tingels in the same spot on my right leg, like everytime i touch my eartip this happens? Why? Its like my brain misunderstand some signals or something..why do my leg tingle when my ear get touched?

Had 7 brain mri..all showing a 8 mm oval lesion  on my left frontal lobe in white matter. My neck is clear. Had 2 LPs and was negative. Had 2 negative emg. What could this be? Some kind vascular or ms or other white matter problem?

Im 27 femdel.  My grandmother Had a neurological illnes. Thea did not figure out what it was but its like 20 years ago maybe more. No mri for her.

That I cannot explain, and don't really know if it's connected or not. I guess the neuro would be your best resource for that.  I understand about migrating pain and referred pain, but that has me baffled.

It all started 7 years ago... my right hip got numb for weeks. Got my feeling back. And started having a weird thing with my right foot, but it got back to normal again.

Then a year later i got pregnant and Had alot of stress going on in my life..my right side felt weak and my visio on my right eye was dimmed and my eye hurt alot. My vision whent almost back to normal. My pupil is slower. This has been going on and of for years. But now its more severe and i got this strange thingling thing going Around my body.  

And i dont understand this ear and leg connection? Why does my brain send signal to another area when my ear is touched?

It sounds as though you have had extensive testing done.  Was it for this current issue, or other issues?  Some symptoms you are relating are typical with a stroke, some for MS, so it's hard to know what direction to go in here.
