why are my toes curling and cramping in pain

my toes cramp up so bad that my husband, has to take hole of my foot,and trys to stop the pain!
but he can't and just pushes my toes in the oppist  drection. until the pain goes away. my feet never stop moving
or my legs,why is that???? help please!!??

check into potassium calcium magnesium and zinc as any and all of these can be helpful in different cramping scenarios,, also sodium but we usually have more than we need on this one,, although some can be low in sodium due to an underlying heath condition..kcb
