will i ever get bettter?

I have neuritis in both of my feet. bad burning and pain and nummness in my feet every day . It goes up to my legs. it started after i was wearing very nerrow uniform shoes at work for 6 years and was on my feet 9 hours a day. I havent been working for 3 months. I think that i will loose my job. I also have a lowever back problem so i cant be setting down to much. Will i ever be able to work being on my feet again?
