worried...Brain fog, migraines, shortness of breath..

I've been having a problem with brain fog, concentrating, migraines, and at times shortness of breath. It's hard to explain how I feel to other people because its such a strange feeling. I often times feel as though I'm just "existing" if that makes sense. I feel like I always want to just lay my head down and go to sleep when this feeling comes over me. I went to the doctor the other day and he did a CBC, TSH and lyme panel to see what it could be and I got a call Wed. saying that I needed to come in next Tues. I''m worried that something is really wrong with me and think about it all the time. I mean if it was serious wouldn't he want to see me ASAP?

If your doctor will diagnose it as general anxiety disorder then counseling or psychotherapy, physiotherapy, treating related stress and avoidance of triggering factors by doing meditations/yoga can be helpful in recovering from the condition. Additionally, it will be helpful to keep the headache log where you can record and specifics the headaches, including how long they lasted, any triggering factors that she may have noticed. This will help your doctor to determine the nature of the headache and factors that causing the headaches, therefore what kind of treatment need to be started.
