pins and needles, cold spots and migraines.

Hi there. I have been getting pins and needles all over but mainly in my arms and hands and legs and feet when sitting for a few months now and it's getting worse with time. I get it when carrying something, pushing the pram and even when holding a cup of tea! I get cold spots on my legs and wet feelings on my feet when walking which feels like i'm walking in wet socks. I have some other ailments which may or may not be related. Constant migraines for 3 weeks now, slight muscle weakness, painfull joints especially when it's cold in my hands, which go all stiff and i can't grip anything, heartburn, a horibble taste in my mouth, tinitus which i've actually had for a few now, dizziness but not very often, forgetfullness and lack of concentration and fatigue. I'm awaiting blood results from my G.P, he wanted to check for Lupus indicators as my paternal grandmother has Lupus, if nothing comes back from these he will refer me to a Neurologist. What kind of tests will the Neurologist do. Can someone please help me make some sense of this, are these symptoms connected? I'm starting to think i'm imagining or exagerating every wee niggle.
