Hi
can you please explain this MRI result for me:
examination shows a small isointense-T1W/hyperintense-T2W focus at the right frontal subcortical region, about 3 mm in size, without restricted fluid diffusion or contrast enhancment, maybe nonspecific demyelinating process. There is no abnormal signal intensity of the brain parenchyma. The ventricles, sulci and cisterns are within normal limits. No shifts of the midline structure is seen. No abnormal extra-axial collection is observed.
There is diffuse mild mucosal thickening at the nasopharynx, may present lymphoid hyperplasia. The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are not remarkable.
i did this MRI after i suffer from left side numness and nedlle pain
some times i cant even move my left side.
also i cant sleep properly, and if it happen to sleep i wakeup every 15 min.
