Please help, what does this mean? Cerebellar Tonsils quesiton see desc

Can someone tell me what the following means?  I had Chiari Type 1 malformation, but had surgery over a year and 2 months ago.  These MRI’s were done and here is some information from them.

MRI #: The cerebellar tonsils are again noted to be somewhat low-lying. This finding is stable.
MRI #2 -Past surgical changes of suboccipital cranioctomy. The cerebellar tonsils protrude inferiorly into the foramen magnum and are somewhat deformed consistant witht he patient's history of Chiari malformation.
It went from being somewhat low-lying, to the protruding inferiorly and deformed.  Does this mean it is protruding again, that my Chiari is back?  I did not see the neuro after this MRI, because of insurance reasons.  I am getting ready to go to the Cleveland Clinic next month.  I have an appointment.

However, I wondered if someone, like maybe a doctor or radiologist can tell me what this means?  I have been having the same symtpoms I had before my Chiari surgery and more and worse so that is why we had the MRI done.

I feel horrible everyday.  I am lucky enough to be on here right now.  Thank you for any answers.

after relief of the skull base compression throgh removal of a part of bone, this removed bone can grow again and compress the cerebellum, yes the disease could reccur, because in young age the bone still agtive ! so see if a nsurgeon  near you can reevaluate your first surgery

Hi there. I just wondered, what you mean.  Is this somethng that I should be seen about? I am not paniced or worried.  I am just curious, since I don't feel good and feel so horrible.  I went to the ER yesterday, and the ER doctor w/o know about my MRI told me I should see the neurosurgeon.  She said that I have a lot of spasms going on back there.

Thank you.

It will be really better if you consult again the same neurosurgeon who did the surgery, waiting for that time dont panic please

P.S. I realize this is just advice over the internet and cannot be counted as pure diagnosis or anything else, because you have not actually seen me.  Thank you again, though.
