head, neck, pain with dizziness

I have been suffering from head, neck and shoulder pain for about 6 months. I changed chairs, pillows etc and improved my posture . My doctor prescribed pain killer and muscle relaxers. I never took muscle relaxers on a regular basis except every now and then when the pain is very severe . Last week, the pain was severe so I took muscle relaxers and stayed home. No improvement, 2 days later I woke up in the middle of the night trembling, felt nauseaus, dizzy. then I had the pian and felt dizzy the week. I also hear the sound when i move my neck like I am craking it. I have made appointment with my doctor which is not until another 15 days.I was wondering to find what i need to ask the doctor or i need to tell her when I meet her and alos curious to know what is going on. Anything i can do to eliviate the pain would be great till I meet doctor. I am 36 yrs old female with 2 kids. i use to have migraines before, this pain seems to be unbearable than migraines I had. Appreciate any information that you can provide and thanks much!

Thanks very much for your comment and information. i will definetely ask my physician next week , when I see her about the medication you recommended. All I am trying to find is my condition is related to muscles or nerves. I appreciate your response.

sorry I think my reply is not useful now, because my answer is too late.
Really this site is not suitable to treat urgent cases, I can just propose an opinion and maybe a treatmet, but never an emergent treatment.

Start to take a full dose of anxiolytic like Xanax at night and half dose twice morning and afte noon.

Deanxit 2-4 tabs daily can also be excellent along with an antioflammatory
