severe neck pain and headache with fever and a lot weakness

hi i am 18 yr old male...........my problem starts with a severe neck pain and it got worsen when i bend it backwards also i had headache and fever and i am feeling a lot weak i am having such problem for last two weeks..also for last two days i am feeling fullness in my right ear..............i am getting very much tensed............please somebody help me
