Advice please

Hi, I have just returned from my honeymoon and I have a worry on my mind.  When we were coming back home, our flight got delayed 13 hours so the airline sent us to a hotel.  My husband and I used a towel there for drying our hands.  After a few uses I noticed stains on the towel that looked like blood.  The problem is by the time I noticed my husband had gone for a wee and as men have to hold their penis in order to wee, I am worried that if there was blood on the towel, it may have then been on his hand and therefore gotten on his penis.  If it were any other part of his body,  I probably wouldn't be as worried but because it's there, it is still playing on my mind. So my question is, can someone contract something in this way or is my ocd just making a mountain out of a molehill?

HIV can't survive on fomities like towels,it becomes inactive and unable to infect you.

I think you already know the answer to this but yes you are making a mountain out of a molehill.  This is your OCD and nothing more.
