afraid of preganacy

Hello I suffer from ocd. I have obsessive thoughts. I think everytime I go to the bathroom I'm gonna get pregnant because in my mind sperm is everywhere. Earlier I was using the bathroom and I threw toilet paper in the toilet and it got clogged so I stick my hand in there and just wiped my hand with my shirt without thinking I wiped my vagina again because I'm on my time off the month. Now I think since my hand was in the toilet it got sperm on there and now I'm gonna get pregnant. Is it possible though :( ugh I'm freaking out bad!

And im no troll, this question is no joke. Pls no rude comments.

you cannot get pregnant like this because when millions of sperms are released in vagina then a woman get pregnant, because the probability is too low and also sperms cannot live outside for too long,but i know these facts will not help you

because you have ocd, ur brain will again lead to some other possibility , so its better u consult a psychiatrist , because you need medication to control ocd
