Anyone with this problem can really benefit from learning CBT.  Unfortunately psychiatrists do not teach it usually.  Do you have access to a psychologist that could help you with this?

OCD is really a mind game we play on ourselves and we need to learn how to stop the thoughts, control our anxiety with breathing techniques and/or meditation, and self-coach our way through these things.   In short, we need to retrain our brain.

Hi there.  This is a volunteer site and so I try to get back to people within 24 hours so sometimes you might not get a response right away.

It seems like these particular symptoms have just cropped up.  I have a few questions.  First are you under the care of a psychiatrist that is prescribing these medications?  Have you learned cognitive behavioral therapy?  Also, do you feel like you are under more stress lately that would cause you to have a spike in OCD/anxiety?  I know mine works that way.
