From what you have posted, I don't believe so.
Thank you for your reply.i checked the spot and found no blood but then i checked online and i got people saying that the spot doesnt bleed neccesarily! so i got a lil bit scared. and started checking the spot again and again.so i dont need to test right?
well really thank you..
People don't run around injecting others with needles. If you have been diagnosed with OCD, why would you think that this thought is different from any other irrational thoughts that you have had. We are so good at making a mounting out of a mole hill in that we take anything from a bump into a door or a scratch from something and what if it and catastrophize it until we are convinced it had to be a needle.
Here is a fact for you. If you are say somebody who worked with patients who were HIV positive and you accidentally poked yourself with the needle, you have less than a 1% chance of contracting HIV and that is when the actual poke happened and HIV actually is present. HIV is very difficult to get...thankfully.
I have stuck myself with a needle at work and trust me, there is no guessing whether I just got poked with a needle. I know it. Think about the last time you had a blood draw or got a shot....do you think they could have done either one without you knowing it? You know when somebody just stuck a needle in you.
