OCD/HIV/Mutual Masturbation

So as many of you might have read I posted a question on here a week ago.  The question was that i had a mutual masturbation session with someone and i'm bi.  Some of his semen and mine were on a towel and I wiped my penis tip with the towel possibly exposing my head and risking some of his semen entering my urethra.

He has assured me that he is HIV negative and i've read on here countless times that HIV would not be exposed to me this way.

I am in therapy and take medication but as my OCD makes it hard for me I am unable to just believe that i could not have contracted HIV from the method described.

I have spoken to my therapist about this and she has advised me the disease of OCD is causing this paranoia and worry.

Since the incident though i've been worried sick.  is there ANY POSSIBLE way that if his semen was on the towel and touched my penis head and possibly got in my urethra that i could have contracted it.

I am sorry for the repeat questions.  Again, I am on medication and seeking counseling for my issue but its very hard for me.  Please forgive me.

I have read somewhere that the virus can not live outside bodily fluids and I'm sure that would kill the virus  cause its exposed to air. That kills it. Thats to say there was any virus to begin with anyhow. Get tested now and in 6 months to ease your mind. Good luck. I'm sure your fine!

yes it can be transmitted thru oral! Just get tested to relieve your worries instead of wasting time like this...I can completely understand. I worried for years about this disease and other the  stds(which those you should get tested more likely than HIV) except one HERPES, guess what? That's what I ended up getting and I have only been active with 3 people. My point is youre wasting valuable time worrying. Be safe, get tested, and live happy. I was safe....got it thru oral. He had a herpe sore on his mouth that i didnt know about..he went down on me. About 7 days later i experienced some of the worst pain i have ever had!

According to the experts, HIV cannot be transmitted through oral sex, which is riskier in terms of STD's than mutual masturbation.
