ocd is obsessing over things whether it be repetitious things or rituals or just obsessing over something. There is plenty out there on the web to read about try looking up bipolar & ocd. There is quite a few different disorders that are related to the same functioning of your brain. In other words somethings can be related of the issues u r having. I read your other post and commented on that too. Good luck! Read up and Ill look around for something that has all the same categories together for you. http://www.helpguide.org/ heres one to get you started.
Thanks for the link :) and again thanks for taking time to read my posts :) god bless you. :) xx
well none of us are dr's who can diagnose you, but I would say you are cleaning "obsessivley", but that doesn't mean you have ocd. If it's not affecting your life, it may not be ocd. If you avoid going places you want to because you're afraid of the dirt or germs that might be there, or the cleaning is so intense you miss out on other things you want to do then I'd probably have it checked out by a dr.
One of the best things i have heard to think when a person questions himself if something is wrong, is to ask yourself if the condition causes you trouble, trouble in any aspect, in your life development, including social life, work or school, or if it causes you any kind of physical discomfort. For many people one can say to have a 'disdorder' the moment the so called condition starts affecting a person's life.
