Worry about serm of objects...

I know it sounds stupid, but I used to do masterbate a lot like a year or two on a blanket, long story short, I know it touched my computer's chair and bed and stuff and now I am grossed out that every time I touch on of those objects I touch my semen... like I am playing the guitar and I am worried that my hands have some of old seman stains because of the chair or something...

Again, I know it sounds super stupid but it annoys me a bit... Please answer me

The blanket I threw away long time ago, and if I do that I do it in the bathroom, my problem is that I am worried that somehow it would spread to other places because maybe it touched my hands or something... I want to throw away the chair also...
Friends told me that it dies anyway and it's clean so it's no as gross as I make it sound like, but still...

Yeah...this is a bit perplexing to me since it is your own semen you are worried about.  Obviously you can clean the blanket and wash down your chair, computer, etc.  Why don't you pick a place to masturbate where the semen won't get everywhere such as when you are taking a shower.

Is it coming down to cleanliness in general or is this the only thought you have, i.e., semen on things?
