HIV anxiety

hello, I have posted in the HIV forum concerning an exposure which I have repeatedly been told was NO risk, and no need for testing.I was told to MOVE ON.... But I cant help it, and the "what if" idea keeps coming to my mind. What is the best way to cope with this?

Thank you

GET TESTED. MOVE ON.

Since you can't stop worrying about it, you should just cope with this issue and deal with it if you actually catch some sort of infectious disease. (Which you wont) But until then, move on with your life, and continue living!
