Just some help with chest pain.

Some of us with OCD (not sure how many, please speak up if this is true for you) have really bad chest pains caused by stress or panic.
I don't know how common this is, but I just thought I'd post this little bit of information to whoever could use it.
Chest pain, in my experience, gets worse if you try to ignore it. Contrary to all the advice I've gotten on it, DO NOT ignore it. Unless this works for you, lol. Like I said, this is just in my experience.
Anyway- Advice: Rubbing it and stretching the muscle is most helpful to me. I think it's caused by tensing it so much, although I don't know why it's always on the side my heart's on. Stretching and rubbing will make it go away.
Three years of constant panic, and I have nothing else to show for it, lol. If anyone else has ANYTHING at all to add to this, or if you agree or disagree, please post here. Also, ways to deal with panic would be appreciated :)

I think most of the people suffer OCD sometime or other in their life and some through out their life. I am one who has unncessary pains on the left side of my chest. They may be burning , may be pin ***** or stiff ness of the muscle. But i am sure all these are not related with heart. Heart pain as far as i know come  deeply in the middle of the chest. since heart is centred inthe chest. the heart pain may radiate either to shoulder or jaws. The so called on and off pains  disturb us mentally .I think they are belonged to fibro myalgia or myalgia.I dont know. When you get pain in the chest which is deep rooted and radiates in to the hand, then you must think of some problem.May be an angina attack. Can anybody further enlighten on the subject

I've had similar problems and found it had to do with my esophagus and stomach - stress induced.  For whatever it's worth, I'm lactose free now too, and eating better.
