This is why the groinal movement occurs

Several earlier experiments have indicated that that this so-called "expectancy wave" arises when subjects consciously anticipate making a planed movement, or when they are about to receive a conditioned reward or punishment.
Prior studies indicate that this so-called expectancy wave arises when volunteers con- sciously anticipate making a planned movement or receiving a conditioned reward or punish- ment.
By pairing subliminal information cues with mild electric shock, Wong demonstrated not only classical conditioning effects, but the presence of the "expectancy wave.

Sounds to me like you're still stuck in the loop, doing your "research".  What are you doing to help yourself?  This kind of searching is not the answer...it will only lead to more anxiety, as JGF has so thoroughly explained in her thread, "Anatomy of a Horrific Thought".

I understand it's hard, these are tough habits to break, but you HAVE to work at it, and in all honesty, I'm not seeing that from your post history.  I'm seeing lots of evidence of you continuing to do the same things that are keeping you stuck in the same obsessive cycle.

Best of luck.
