Hi there. Well, I can say for sure that the majority of people do not feel this way and do not clean themselves with bleach so yeah, this is harming you on many levels. How much time do you spend during a typical day worrying about cleanliness? Also, bleach is not good to be putting all over yourself. It's not normal but that's okay. People with OCD can get help and do away with these thought processes. Is it possible for you to see a psychologist so that you can learn cognitive behavioral therapy?
