OCD Vs HIV
I have battled with this subject of OCD & HIV and it's time to set the record straight.It's all in the mind.Once you have worked with the best and learned the modes of HIV transmission and the HIV window period and probably most important of all that is virus is a coward once outside the body,it becomes damaged and unable to infect as soon as it is exposed to air,then once we understand all of this we know that it's the OCD that is making us worry for no good reason.We should never be afraid of outdated information or urban myths.

I think sometimes guilt can fuel the HIV fire as well. If u get drunk and hav a one nite stand and are ashamed that can make you think all kinds of crazy stuff. And if you are OCD as well u may hear the same scared negative mind in your head hundreds of times until u get a negative test u believe or some kind of valid reassurance. Just my thoughts.
