I have had OCD for as long as I can remember. If my barbie doll clothe's weren't hung on there little hanger's just so I became very upset.I believe I inheritated this from my mother. If you ran on her rug and messed up the fringe boy you better straighten it. I had a spinal fusion about 8 week's now and haven't been able to work. I have been home and not being able to do alot of the thing's that I'm used to is killing me. I did feel good one day and did way to much to get my deck cleaned and house just so. I"m afraid I am going to compromise my surgery and relationship's with family member's if I don't stop soon. I take Klonopin and Prozac but it does nothing to help. I also am in therapy and see a pschyiatrist but still suffer. I am 44 and hate spending so much time worrying about my home being clean enough to eat off the floor 24/7. People are very uncomfotable around me in my home. My family laugh's and have some name's for me especially cleanfreak. Please help!!!!!  April

Please talk to your family doctor.  He/She will not want the surgery to be compromised by your being too active.  Ask for help.
