how to stop masterbating

i hav been masterbating since 1 year watching pon videos but i controled myself n stoped doin it for more da 4 months but now again i started it.. i hav a grlfrd i share everything with her but i cant tel des to her.. i fell im hiding somthing from her and so i wanna stop des very badly...plz plz help me..

Stop watching, and looking at porn. Throw out all things related to porn and get rid of them, burn them, throw them out, shred them, etc. Then enroll yourself in a group for people who also are trying to quit porn. (I'm sure there is many of those all over the place.) It would be better if the group was a religious group. And maybe seek therapy if you feel that your problem can't be stopped with group therapy and throwing out all the porn (and not buying more.)
