Why, when i am bench pressing, does my left shoulder crack at full extension?
I am 6'3 135 lbs and am lifting about 50-60 lbs. This happens every time and is greatly reducing my drive to work out.
Any theories/ suggestions?
Could be anything. Most likely are either, AC joint problems, a torn labrum, shoulder instability, or rotator cuff dysfunction or tearing.
I recommend evaluation by an orthopedist.
